  Access Advisors Inc. was founded nearly a decade ago by Jack Freedman, a financial expert with a background in health care management, securities, and bond underwriting. Freedman, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from State University of New York at Stony Brook and a masters degree in health administration from the  University of Minnesota. His experience includes high net worth portfolio management, administration of a health care management company, and providing development support for private and non-profit investor entrepreneurial activities and church construction projects.

 Serving as Chief Executive Officer of Access Advisors Inc. is Roger Whitaker of Springfield, Illinois, who brings to the firm more than 33 years experience in electronic engineering and computer design, and corporate management. Whitaker holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla. In his long career as an engineer, he has been involved in every aspect of the electronics field, including the design and production of controllers, microprocessors, memory systems, and modems. He holds patents on several electronic designs and has been a ham radio operator for over 45 years.
